Hi Team Xiaomi
Good Day,
I purchased a Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro online on 26th Dec 2019. (12GB + 512GB, Green Black)
I have received a Chinese Version where most of the applications are in Chinese language, Half English and Half Chinese.
There is no notification on Xiaomi Black Shark to choose the China version or Global Version to choose, for which I got a wrong phone.
This phone is now became useless for me, (Not only me, but also many users who purchased)
Due to the mistake made by Xiaomi Black Shark, Not only me, but also many users who purchased are suffering.
App Store, AI, Game Center, Black Shark Account, Browser, Black Shark Service, Shark Time and many other Application are in Chinese language.
Its not a low cost phone that the user will throw and use another one.
No Google Support, Many other Applications also not supported.
The issue is reported many times in online forums, social media, public domains but no response from black shark.
the Suggestion
Black Shark at The Website Should mention in the Choose to Chinese Version, Ltd. Free Join or to Buy
Support the user to change the Chinese ROM to Global ROM.
Change the application language to English.
Support the official Google to install
Add Option to choose the language.
Remove dual language (use single language)
Solution
Release a software update with English language or Having an option to choose the language
